Exercise helps us remain fit, adds years to our life. Quality of life improves when one has more endurance power and abundant energy for daily activities and more.We have heard of different methods of weight loss from different sources, but experts believe, for healthy weight loss a combination of healthy eating patterns and regular exercise is recommended.


Exercising can be fun if done with friends. Cardiovascular exercises or aerobics is a good way to keep your heart healthy. Simple aerobic exercise like biking, brisk walking, stair climbing, skipping rope, swimming, jogging, dancing, rowing can ensure weight loss.

Obesity is the root of all diseases because it triggers lack of exercise, hormonal misbalance, slow metabolic activity which results in storing harmful toxins and wastes in our body and inhibition of normal functioning of the body.
